OSABUTEY WISDOM等5人作退学处理的决议

（2024年院长办公会和学院党委会会议纪要）

根据《be365体育平台全日制本科学历国际学生学籍管理办法》（浙商大教〔2023〕69号）第八章第二十九条规定（相关条款后附），经be365体育平台2024年1月16日党政联席会决议通过，拟对以下5名国际生予以退学处理。

OSABUTEY WISDOM，学号17019000022，国土资源统计学专业博士生，该生未按学校规定缴交学杂费等；

BALJINNYAM DASHRAVDAN，学号18020129001，行政管理（中文跟班）专业硕士生，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请；

KHATTRI PURAN，学号20010129002，市场监督管理专业博士生，该生未按学校规定缴交学杂费等；

ACQUAH CATHERINE，学号20010129003，市场监督管理专业博士生，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请；

DERGHAM FAIZA，学号21010129004，市场监督管理专业博士生，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

Decision of the School of Public Affairs

on the Withdrawal of 5 International Student

(2024 the SPA Party and Administration Joint Meeting Resolution Minutes)

According to the Measures for the Administration of Full-time Undergraduate International Students' Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJSU Teaching Affairs〔2023〕No. 69), Article 29 of Chapter 8 (attached the relevant provisions), On January 16, 2024, the SPA Party and Administration Joint Meeting decided to withdraw the following 5 international students.

OSABUTEY WISDOM, student number 17019000022, PhD candidate in Statistics of Land and Resources, who didn't pay tuition and miscellaneous fees in accordance with school regulationss.

BALJINNYAM DASHRAVDAN, student number 18020129001, Master's student in Administrative Management (Chinese Language Attendant), who didn't meet graduation requirements within the longest learning period.

KHATTRI PURAN, student number 20010129002, PhD candidate in Market Supervision and Management, who didn't pay tuition and miscellaneous fees in accordance with school regulationss.

ACQUAH CATHERINE, student number 20010129003, PhD candidate in Market Supervision and Management, who didn't apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

DERGHAM FAIZA, student number 21010129004, PhD candidate in Market Supervision and Management, who didn't apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

第八章 学业预警与退学

第二十九条 学生有下列情形之一，学校应予以退学：

（一）超过最长学习年限内未达到毕业要求的；

（五）休学、保留学籍期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请或者申请复学经复查不合格的;

（七）未按学校规定缴交学杂费等；

Measures for the Administration of Full-time Undergraduate International Students' Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University

(ZJSU Teaching Affairs〔2023〕No. 69)

Chapter 8 Academic Warning and Withdrawal

Article 29 International students who fall under any of the following circumstances shall be expelled from the University:

(1) Failing to meet graduation requirements within the longest learning period.

(5) Failing to apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension or retention of school status expires, or failing to pass the re-examination of the resumption application.

(7) Failing to pay tuition and miscellaneous fees in accordance with school regulations.
